Hana Baby Return policy | How to return an item to us

You have received your baby carrier, baby wrap or swaddle, but would like to return it to us. 
Simply return the item to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. We will refund the full item price, but unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs such as special delivery or return shipping. 

You can easily return items by following these steps:
Let us know which items you wish to return by emailing us and post the item to us within the 30 days of receipt.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel and we'll process the refund  - without shipping cost. 

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. If you would prefer items in another colour or size, please just return the items you don’t need and place a new order on www.hanababy.co.uk.
